Rosenau Terrace is a 62 unit town home community that has been designed to meet the growing need for affordable housing in Edmonton. When completed It will provide a total of 124 affordable rental dwellings, and is located on the West side of Edmonton surrounded by a large selection of shop, and amenities including the new Lewis Farm Recreational Center, and proximity to a large Transit Center Hub.

The TENANTtuff™ building specification has been developed specifically for the rental home market and focuses on overall durability, style and availability of the products and materials used to build the home. The TENANTtuff™specification creates a benefit to all stakeholders

The WHISPERwall™ is designed to reduce the noise transmission between (2) units that share a common party wall. It substantially increases the STC rating (Sound Transmission Class) beyond that required by code, and helps to mitigate one of the largest objections found in multifamily living “Noise”.

The SUNsave™ initiative that sees the utilization of solar in it’s rental home projects. The initiative reduces the consumption of electricity by up to 40%, and where the tenants receive 100% of the savings, helping with the overall affordability of renting.
